Sales Support Specialist

Location: Plymouth, MN
Pay: $21-$24/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire (Hybrid option after 30 days)

About the Role

Join a fast-paced, high-energy sales team! We're looking for outbound telesales representatives who thrive on making calls, closing deals, and building relationships. This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role where you'll make 100+ outbound calls daily to negotiate advertising space rentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to businesses to secure advertising space.
• Appointment setting and negotiating rental pricing.
• Draft and process lease agreements accurately.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and campaign status updates.
• Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Stay informed on pricing, rent details, and campaign timelines.
• Contribute to a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience (1+ year in telesales, inside sales, or call center preferred).
• Experience making 100+ outbound calls daily.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
